After the software installation, the SCOM Management Pack has to be imported manually. Like the software, it’s a separate download.

Follow the steps below to import the SCOM Management Pack manually:

• Download the Management Pack from our download page
• Open the SCOM Operations Console
• Go to the Administration pane and select Management Packs
• Next select Installed Management Packs and then Import Management Packs
• Navigate to the folder where the Management Pack is stored and select TheBackbone.SMConnecor.mp
• Click Install to import the SCOM Management Pack
